Nicole started her journey with music in her young teens. First it was classical guitar then piano, which eventually led her to synthesis. She started because of her love of electronic music and her deep fascination with music production and sound design.

Nicole is a highly detail-oriented Audio Engineer with a background in post-production, recording, editing and mixing for music, podcasts, television and short films. She has had varying experience over many years in different audio fields, making her knowledgeable across the spectrum.

Nicole also spends time producing her own music, and mixing music for clients. She is a regular performing DJ in Toronto, Ontario. Having a need for experimentation and exploration of new sounds and ways of making music.  These are just some of the creative forces driving NUNI. Taking inspiration from various genres, such as house, garage, techno and drum and bass, NUNI keeps you on your feet and takes you on a journey through sound.
