Welcome!  I’m Karine, a voice and piano teacher who not only loves music but also understands the beautifully unique ways our brains work—especially neurodivergent ones. With over 15 years of teaching experience and a background as an empowerment and relationship coach, I bring compassion, creativity, and a boost of confidence to every lesson. My goal is to make learning music an adventure where every student feels understood, celebrated, and supported.

I’ve worked with students aged 5 to adult, guiding them through genres like musical theatre, contemporary, folk, country, and classical. Together, we’ve shared exciting moments, from taking performances to provincials to mastering tricky high notes and heartfelt piano solos. I also wear many hats, from directing musicals (The Wizard of Oz with a full pit band was a personal favorite!) to leading choirs and accompanying for groups like the Glee Social Club and Scarborough Music Theatre.
