Hailed by the Chautauqua Daily as a “fine mezzo-soprano” and a “natural actress”, Deanna has performed on many of the important operatic stages in the world including debuts with Oper Frankfurt (Frankfurt, Germany) and Carnegie Hall (New York City). Deanna has received vocal training from some of the most important musical figures of our generation including; Marilyn Horne, Carol Burnett, Stephanie Blythe and Warren Jones.

Deanna received her Bachelor of Music at York University, followed by an artist diploma in traditional Opera at the Milano Conservatorio in Milan, Italy.
Along with a thriving performance career, she is also the in-house voice teacher at Claude Watson School for the Performing Arts. Ms. Pauletto has been sought out to conduct masterclasses and workshops for numerous
elementary schools and high schools within the Greater Toronto Area.

Deanna is a passionate voice teacher who is eager to share her knowledge and love for the Performing Arts. Some of her students went on to attend and graduate from prestigious post secondary vocal programs, graduate vocal programs, and conservatories throughout Canada and the US. She deeply cares and nurtures her students, helping them develop self-confidence in a fun and creative learning environment. Although she teaches all genres of music, her idea of healthy vocal technique aligns with a more classical method. This enables students to develop and progress in their vocal ability in order to sing all genres of music in a knowledgeable and healthy manner.

“Ms. Pauletto has successfully developed, guided, and nurtured my daughter’s vocal and musical talents
for the past 13 years. Ms. Pauletto continues to coach her musically for her upcoming role as Christine
in The Phantom of the Opera. I have witnessed her ef ective strategies and kind manner with students of
all ages. I have also witnessed her own outstanding musical and vocal talent. I credit Miss Pauletto for
much of my daughter’s confidence and vocal music success in her field.“
