Alex Cheung is a Toronto-based violinist with a classical background and a wide range of experience across genres including folk, Celtic, pop/rock, country, jazz, and R&B. He is also skilled in improvisation and string arrangement.

Alex has performed at events such as the Montreal Jazz Festival and collaborated with a variety of artists and bands across Canada. He teaches violin, chamber music, and music theory, working with students of all levels in both private and school settings.

An active performer and educator, Alex brings a versatile and practical approach to his teaching, helping students develop strong fundamentals while exploring different musical styles.
