Andrew C. Patten is a certified piano technician trained at the University of Western Ontario (2009),
with extensive experience working on both modern instruments and historic American and German grand pianos.

He has served as a senior warranty technician for Kawai and Bechstein dealerships across the GTA, and further refined his craft at the Bechstein Academy in Germany, specializing in voicing and precision mechanical work.
