Dan is a full-time professional musician and dedicated educator with over 30 years of experience teaching both privately and in schools. He works with aspiring musicians of all ages and skill levels, most commonly between the ages of 7 and 20.

Dan teaches from a well-equipped home studio and is well-versed in modern virtual learning methods. His teaching philosophy is centered on adapting to each student’s unique learning style, with a strong emphasis on fostering a lifelong love of music.

In addition to his teaching, Dan is an accomplished performer. He was part of the ensemble that won the Juno Award for World Music Album of the Year, performing as the bassist for acclaimed artist Quique Escamilla.
